We verify, package and ship every piece of art with care in a personalised way. We try to ship on the same day. But to personalise and to be thorough, sometimes we might ship the next day. You can always contact us timely before shipment for personalisation or any other requests or queries.

These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
General
Order fulfilment is subject to stock availability.
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will immediately contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer to process a refund by us.
Fair Shipping Policy
We value your shopping experience at Kalantir. And our shipping policy affirms to it, by being Fair and Transparent.
We take pride in our packaging process, so that products reach you safely, and you enjoy unboxing them.
1. Domestic Shipping Charges -
To restrict foul play by few accounts, but to also allow worry-free experience to genuine customers, we reserve the right to collect flat shipping charges of ₹80 Indian Rupees for orders below ₹500, and for order value exceeding ₹500, there are no extra shipping charges, unless mentioned otherwise.
Bulk orders, or a few heavier/ bulkier/ more precious products need extra care and efforts while shipping. For such orders, we will charge different shipping cost & our team will connect with you personally.
2. International Shipping Charges -
We ship orders globally with some delivery limitations, based on the courier availability.
A minimum shipping fee of ₹2500 is charged for every international order. For orders with higher actual or volumetric weight, we reserve the right to recalculate the shipping charges accordingly. We will notify the same to the customers at the time of processing the order and would only proceed with their consent, satisfaction and after payment of the total shipping cost.
Occasionally, any additional custom levies, if any, has to be borne by the customer.
Dispatch and Delivery
Total time for a product to reach you after payment of order, is sum of Dispatch Time and Delivery Time.
- Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of payment of order. Some products require more finish and careful packaging, to be worthy of your expectations and patience.
Like you, we celebrate national and regional holidays, at which time the warehouse and shipping partners will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.
- Delivery Time
Usually your products will be in transit for 2-7 working days, in case of domestic orders.
In case of international orders, most well-connected destinations around the world will receive products within 5-14 working days post-shipment.

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs associated with the product. The price mentioned on the product page is the final price. Our prices are all inclusive.
