The products in our collection are crafted by the finest artisans, hand-picked and curated by us, often each one unique and one-of-its-kind. We inspect each individual item to ensure quality products on our platform.
So these products are not clones of each other, and are not perfectly designed; and there-in lies their beauty.
Small variations are only human.
Eligibility for Return
All items, unless labeled as "Returnable" on their product detail page, are NOT eligible for returns.
If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged condition, you can contact us within 3 days from the delivery of the product.
To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you receive it, and a video proof of delivery and unpacking, proving that item was in damaged condition when received, should be provided.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return gets approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take few days before your refund is processed, officially posted and reflected in your statement.
